Introduction to N95/KN95 Automatic high-speed Mask Machine
N95/KN95 automatic high speed mask machine is a fully automatic mask production equipment.After the full roll is unrolled, the fabric is driven by the roller, and the fabric enters the karmic shaft through the guide wheel. The whole nose bridge strip is drawn and unrolled, and the fixed length is cut and then imported into the cloth. The two sides are shaped through ultrasonic welding, and the cloth is transported to the welding position of the ear bands of the two masks through the driving shaft, and then the next work position is automacically folded. The ultrosonic welding mask is formed, side sealing is performed, and the cutting knife is cut. After the mask is made, the mask and the waste are seperated through a waste seperator. One button fully automated production to reduce the human contact in the production process of masks, so as to meet the industry testing standards.
